It's a crying shame since the look & feel of the controller are both top notch. Microsoft will do nothing as it's out of its (90 day) warranty, so it's a $70 brick until I find a way to do a repair. Loved it, but I won't buy another after this experience.

I also love how easy it is to move it back and forth between my Xboxes and my PC/Mac via Bluetooth.
