Disconnection Issue

I won't take the answer of the battery not being charged or multiple things trying to connect, as is the answer supplied here. This has nothing to do with it. XBox/Microsoft should have fixed this issue as it has been known for a while. Also annoying that I cannot use my old battery pack on this controller. Returning this.
