Get's super hot and the batteries will burn your hand when trying to remove them. Store is of no help and even tells me to look up the Microsoft website to help. Never used and brand new.

I bought this remote and it had a problem staying connected to Xbox. I exchanged it for another one and had the same problem. I called Xbox and they gave me a work around. It worked for about 2 days and then started same issue again. Tried work around again and it worked for about 30 min. Having to return for original style of Xbox remote.
