The overall design is gorgeous. Love the color shift, and the pattern on the grip is nice. Has excellent weight and feel compared to some of the off brands I’d gotten recently. My only issue is the little skipping heartbeat of lag it has at times as far as connectivity or responsiveness. It is not consistent but it is noticeable. I use it on Bluetooth connection to my PC. Not enough of a problem so far to be a real concern.

Perfect controller, love the feeling and size since i don't have the largest hands in the world. Connects perfectly to my pc via BT as well. Would purchase again for sure

Needed to reppace my old seies X controller that got damaged so I got this one. Its a good controller and provides everything you need. Wireless, feels like the series X controller, and looks kinda cool.

Considering the fact that I am a single man that likes to play video games I was in desperate need of a new controller. I was kind of skeptical buying anything online and this was my first time. I received the controller and I had no problems it worked very well and I would purchase more appliances and things of that nature from Best buy in the future because of how satisfied I was with the online purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase online from Best buy in the future.

This Xbox Controller is awesome! It feels super comfy in your hands and has cool grip spots so it won't slip. You can connect it to lots of devices like Xbox, PC. I use it exclusively for PC and it has been great. Definitely a must-have for gamers! I'm not a professional gamer by any means so I can't compare it to higher end models but for the casual gamer it's great!

I tried getting an open box controller elsewhere and it came with an issue so I tried my luck with Best Buy. Other than the box being a bit worn the controller itself was flawless and even came with the batteries unlike the one I got on eBay. The controller has been working great and for $40 you can't go wrong with just a basic white controller when the others go for considerably more and function the exact same.

I have owned probably every standard version of the Xbox controller that has existed since the 360 was introduced. Xbox is my jam, and this controller is even prettier in person than it is in pictures. I actually wasn't looking for a controller at the time, though I was in need of one, as my controllers I bought alongside my Series X were experiencing drift after a few years. This one caught my eye when I was in Best Buy, and I couldn't walk away! It's so gorgeous. I've had it for well over a year now, and I still seek it out to use exclusively simply because it's so pretty, haha! It's still going strong, even with getting accidentally tossed off the couch here and there (usually by a cat walking near it/shoving it off, lol). And the only reason I recently considered buying a new one was because....you guessed it - I walked by a pink and blue one in BEST BUY and immediately had to start reminding myself I don't need another one.... But, like, they're so fun, and you can never have too many Xbox controllers in my opinion! Oooh, new justification - I need one for my computer and one for my Xbox, haha! *salute* I'll be stopping by soon for that other new one, haha!

The Shock Blue Color looks way better in person. I really enjoyed the use of black and white in contrast to the blue. Honestly the Xbox Series X and Series S controllers are one of the best controllers I have ever used. In terms of quality and feel, it is super comfortable to play with. Colors are nice and quality is perfected! I definitely recommend, you can’t go wrong!

I love it. My husband has the frost one. The design is super cool and so far it’s very responsive and it’s been lasting with house full of kids. Looked everywhere for this one and best buy was the only one that had it. Thanks so much!

Works as advertised. Great colors, daughter loves it. Connected easily to her firestick for stream gaming via Gamepass. Slightly pricey but was in a pinch so this is what we ended up with.

This is the cool Xbox controller that comes with all Xbox consoles. I didn’t expect any less from this controller and it delivered. I use eneloop rechargeable batteries so I don’t have to buy batteries again and again. I thought this controller had Gyro for the price but I was surprised that it didn’t have one most people don’t need it so I recommend this controller unless you specifically need Gyro.

My last controllers would disconnect from my system constantly, the headset aux would lose connection and the batteries would keep falling out. This has none of that and some fun colors. Love the grip, the sticks and the dpad as well.
