Little on the expensive side but needed a 2nd controller.

It’s standing up well to several hours of use each day!

Good controller for Xbox, it comes with duracell batteries. It will be good if it would come with rechargeable batteries(may be I am not aware, it already comes).

It broke and this was the first one I brought and broke whit in a two week and didn't get a receipt and they would take back to exchange for a different controller. And I didn't get a a warranty,so make Shure you buy a warranty for this item cause trust me you'll be bringing it back.

I like how the controller feel in my hands. Cant wait to test it with the games.

Genuine Microsoft controller, works as expected. They added a bit of texture to the material. I prefer the smooth plastic over the new feel. May want to try one before buying. The battery cover is not the same shape as the older XBox One controller, so it will not go over our aftermarket rechargeable batteries. Not a big deal, we just play without the cover on.

I wish they were rechargeable controllers but works great on my windows pc.

Does it job! My kids have not had a problem with it yet.

Had it over a month, works as expected I guess It’s annoying they require a minimum of 50 characters to submit. I just want the $400 gift card.

Performance and button clicks are very responsive. Very good looking color

This is, sadly, my 6th Xbox One controller. There is only one complaint. That is, the left stick always starts drifting (move when you are not pushing on the stick) after several months of use. It gets increasingly worse until it's pretty much unusable in a game. Then I would have to go out and buy another one since the Microsoft warranty on this is only 90 days. I actually could have used the warranty this time because it starts having the same problem in the second month. But I was too busy to deal with it and now it's out of warranty. I heard that this is a well-known defect, but apparently, there is no re-engineering or updates from the manufacturer.

This is a great addition to the XBOX series X. The console only comes with 1 controller and every now and then my grandkids come over and want to play together..So getting this was perfect.

Best Buy is really the only place I’ll buy my kids’ XBox controllers from. I’ve ordered from other outlets and always wind up disappointed in the price as well as the quality, even if it’s the same brand, which is odd, but oh well.

Awesome feel for xbox series x control just wish Microsoft did use batteries

Great quality, however it sometimes disconnects from the Xbox one randomly.

Much improved D-Pad, the grip feels better than prior generation controller.

Bought it on a great deal it was the cheapest controller within 15 miles!
