Love this controller, we have the oldes for for than 8 years and there are in perfect condition.

The hybrid D-pad is a significant improvement over previous iterations, offering better accuracy for various game genres.

Bought this extra control for my son to play Xbox and he really enjoys it.

The controller worked well for my grandson. He uses it daily. Having autism, he can be rather rough on his things but, the controller has remained strong.

I got it on a discount for $38 with best buy points, I would say it is worth that much. Textured grip is a welcome improvement over the old model. USB C is also great. The new triggers I'm not a huge fan of, and it's slightly smaller than the old model.

Can't go wrong with old faithful! Stick drift is still an issue, but it seems like the other buttons and everything have great longevity in the many i've gotten.

This thing works with all Xbox One/S/X consoles and Xbox Series X/S, as well as PC and bluetooth devices. So it has a lot of versatility. It works great out of the box and I adjusted to it right away coming from Xbox One controllers. Again, it's barely different, so when I say adjusted to it, I basically just mean I switched to it and that was it! I'm an Xbox fan and I love the controller. In my opinion it is nearly perfect, however I have yet to experience the PS5's haptics, which sound interesting. I have no problem with the AA batteries as they last a long time and you don't need to worry about aging internal batteries. That being said, if you've had issues with Xbox controllers in the past, this iteration will not change your mind

Best buy is the leader in quality products & their team will get you all the informaiton you desire. For me, this involved buying my daughter a new controller for her xbox series. The rep pulled up my previous order of the console and matched the color for me! I hadn't even thought about that! Superb quality. Great button mapping. Microsoft backed!

Bought this controller when my elite Xbox controller broke on me. It works, battery life is decent , the only issue is that it occasionally stops working in the middle of play, but quickly resolved whatever issue it had

Works good until it doesn’t Prone to stick drift , and even after all this time Xbox has not addressed the issue..no color fade just good old stick drift after about 3months

Every product I own uses a type-c cable and I was getting tired of pulling out my micro-usb just to charge my old xbox one controller. I decided to bite the bullet and pick up an xbox one s controller. For the most part, not much difference in the controller itself, I do like the new D-pad style and slight texture they incorporated for better grip. The white goes great with my PC setup as well.

I spent a long time choosing between this and a third party controller and I'm very glad I spent the 50 bones I spent on this. I use it on my pc and it is incredibly convenient. It just instantly works all the time. My sister furiously button mashes on it while I'm at school, it's been dropped many times , I've gotten about 150 hours out of it myself, but it still looks and feels like new. I used a 360 controller for around 10 years prior and I got used to this one fast. The plastic doesn't get slick or sticky like the 360 ones and the lack of soft rubber on the thumbsticks means they'll get less gross. I debated between this or a cheaper wired one but honestly just get this one. It's built nice, convenient, and overall I'm satisfied with it. I'll update the review if anything begins to fail, but so far, it's been a dream and I expect it to last me a long long time.
