Easy to deal with, i would advice to get this always

Very high quality product with versatility. Useful with Xbox consoles and PC, wired or wireless.

Better than the previous model controllers. I have 2 of these an still use the Xbox one s, Not the series S but these controllers feel way better an work with previous consoles.

This is a new design for the Xbox controller. It Has deeper intentions for the nonskid grip which means gamers like myself that have sweaty hands can play without slippage! Finally! Only problem is they put a button that causes you to capture a picture of the screen in a very bad spot. I constantly hit it by accident and I’m using memory.

No complains. This is my 2nd one and I use it for PC gaming. This one specifically bought to play using SteamLink on Nvidia ShieldTV from my living room. It's pretty smooth while using SteamLink. The 1st one is connected to the gaming PC itself.

Quick connects and great battery life. I use for X-Box cloud service which requires me to connect to my TV. Very easy to use

I purchased this controller to replace the one in a purchase I made from another store. I didnt know the controller they sent with the use xbox was broken, so I bought this one from Best Buy where I always get good quality service to replace it. I would recommend Best Buy for all electronic needs.

For the price it is a decent Product, I wish Microsoft would invest in fixing the Stick Drift issues but Best Buy always has a replacement in stock so I'd say Best Buy is great.

It's a first party Xbox controller it works as intended

The right joystick was drifting upon receipt. The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.

On launch day, I was very happy to secure a XBOX Series X - a hugely in demand next generation console. I was able to get the unit from a company that has a red and white bullseye as its corporate logo. Based on observing the difficulty in which people are having getting the console, I figured there might be supply-demand issues for other critical components such as this product so I purchased on during Best Buy Black Friday Thanksgiving special. So far this product has remained in its box (unopened). I did get a sizeable discount on this product with the Best Buy Thanksgiving Sale special pricing. I have been using the black controller that came with the console and enjoy it very much. My only fear is that the controller might suffer the same irregular potentiometer drift issue that I experienced with the previous XBOX console generation (XBOX One X). I have about 5 controllers and all but 1 suffered from that annoying drift issue which made many game unplayable such as COD:MW where tight control of the analog stick is imperative. If the stick in neutral position is drifting, it is very difficult to overcome that during gameplay.
