My only complaint if I had to make one would be that for the price it should have an internal battery but hey that’s Microsoft for you.

The exchange process was extremely simple and quick. I would 100% recommend that you purchase the additional coverage when purchasing electronics from Best Buy, you will not regret it.

Textured grips are nice and not having to pay a premium for textured triggers is nice. I really like how this model is fully white with only black buttons on the face rather than black rb lb buttons and triggers. The white color is almost chalk like, very sharp.

Although I traded in my XBox One when I purchased the XBox Series X, I really like the idea that I could use this controller with earlier XBox series.

I like that cause my granddaughter loves using it. It’s also very responsive and comfortable in the hand. Very well designed. Great job XBOX!!

Still a shame it doesn’t come standard with a rechargeable battery. The share button is great if you’re into recording moments, but you’ll find yourself tapping it by accident from time to time. Currently not compatible with Apple products via Bluetooth (requires iOS 14.5 or above)

Enjoy the new share button. But if I'm being honest I hit it on accident ALOT. Which then requires me to go to my captures and wait to delete what the accidental press captured. It's an annoyance but this is irrelevant.

Great steam deck controller

However it does need to be synced with an xbox to update or to your computer to update before it can be connected. Once that is finished it work perfectly.
