I really like the subtle improvements Microsoft made on these controllers. It feels like an upgrade with my Series X because of the grip improvements and slightly smaller size. I'm over 6' tall with pretty big hands and I like this controller better than the last version.

Futher improvement on one of the best controllers ever made. It is slightly smaller than the Xbox One controller and they have added some texture to the grips for more traction. The triggers are smoother and the buttons are slightly lower to allow for easier, quick presses.

Love the grippiness of these controllers. The work great with my Apple TV 4k (3rd gen) with Apple Arcade.

This controller is a little bit different from my older XBOX ONE controller. I like the texture on this one more than the smoothed plastic on my older controller. This was a great gift for my brother. Make sure you have the right cable (or dongle) to connect to a PC use.

Awesome controller! The series controllers feel so much nicer than the one controllers, plus these charge via usb-c which is much more convenient!

Works great and build quality is what you expect from 1st party controller. Feels great and not cheap. Kid loves it.

I purchased this controller because I bought a gaming Laptop but wanted to be able to use a controller when i was traveling to make things a bit easier. I bought this controller for that purpose and was excited that it could be used via Bluetooth on PC. I was able to get the controller connected to my PC via bluetooth but proceeded to have issues with games recognizing it as a controller (the main one being Warzone). I have given this product 4 stars because while it does connect to PC it's use is limited without the Xbox One Wireless Adapter for PC which is another $30. Once I received the adapter and paired them together the games I was having issues with will now recognize the controller. If you intent to use this on PC i would highly suggest that you get the adapter regardless in order to prevent the same frustration as well as have improved reaction time the wireless adapter has over bluetooth.

My grandson asked for this Xbox controller for Christmas. Best Buy had the best price with free and fast shipping.

I bought this controller for myself to play on the Xbox with my grandson. It works perfectly. Love the white color. I’m sure it’s easy to use but this grandma has to learn how to use it with all the buttons on it (lol)

Great controller. I like the redesign. I use it with my PC through the Xbox windows wireless adapter. I tried using it through Bluetooth but the connection gets unstable (even sitting next to the PC). I like the texture of the grips, they are non-slippery. Good buy.

I picked the remote up for my daughter an i first went to a location were i paid 60 for a used one came to bestbuy and got a brand new one for 35 took the other back immediately

Love the design and uplifting color! One thing that might need to be addressed is that sometimes it doesn't connect to the PC via Bluetooth. I have Xbox one wireless controller and that one connects in a robust way. So maybe a firmware would do. Just my two cents.

Works perfectly as expected. I bought this as an extra controller for my One X. It's slightly smaller from the older controllers and I seem to accidentally press the shoulder buttons occasionally. I do have large hands but my 7 y/o can use it easily as well.

By golly it works! I've never had any issues with these things. I still have the original 2 from the original xbox one s. I just needed an extra for the current series S model.
