Okay build quality- the anti slip material feels kind of cheap but that is by design. It takes a bit to get used to. The buttons are firm but I have been more impressed by cheap Logitech basic controllers, we will see how long they last- will update if they go out. Excellent lightness Has intermittent disconnection issues- maybe I got a lemon but a firmware update made them less frequent. I'd pass on this until they sort out the Bluetooth issues. My main use case is on PC in bluetooth mode. Have tried on various different PCs with different bluetooth adapters and with latest Windows 10 20H2 update, and Xbox accessories app and latest app updates. Still this issue occurs. All in all it's not a bad mid tier controller. The triggers are an improvement for sure.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

They definitely improved the buttons and grip. Thumb sticks still need improvement in my opinion but overall great for PC or Xbox games

Great feel in the hands, especially with the extra slight texture. At times the “x” and “a” buttons don’t feel 100% responsive but this might be me. Using as an extra controller - love my elite 2!
