    Ok honestly , the Xbox official controllers have always been a favorite of mine. I prefer them much more than a third-party controllers that being said this particular controller was straight up defective. I noticed this is as a trend not just with Best Buy but other stores as well. Maybe it’s the batches. I don’t know. What I do know is that this one drift it within a week of having it.

    Ordered on 11/28/2020. Didn’t receive until 12/23/2020. So because of that I’ll never order from Best Buy but again! Controller works great and paired wonderfully with my Xbox Series X.
