I have the geek squad on everything I buy from there which is all of my sons gaming stuff and I will continue to buy all my electronics and gaming things from Best Buy.

USB-C, New D-Pad, and Textured Grip are worth it

The textured grip is a welcome addition and the saucer d-pad is surprisingly nice. I was a staunch believer in the PS style d-pad but the saucer d-pad provides really nice tactile feedback for corner directions. Best part is the native bluetooth and USB-C. I'm using this controller on my PC, Chromecast with Google TV, Android TV, and Switch (with adapter) and it's all been a breeze to set up.
