Love my controller, great for the price point. Joy con drift a problem early on, known problem for this controller.

Great controller, super easy to use and connect. The 4 out of 5 stars is just cause I believe Microsoft should already be using integrated batteries, the fact that we have to buy a battery pack is not ideal

Great controller. It has gripping all over the back including the right and left buttons. Easy to hold and use.

There's textual grip on the back of the controller. My 9 heart old days it's the best thing to put on a controller. Because when you're in the mode turning around and hanging sideways, upside down and twisted, you still don't accidentally drop the controller

Easy to set up on my pc and has been a dream since. I've messed around a bit with the gaming menu, which seems nice. I didn't get the chargeable battery pack, but I've got some rechargable AAs that I swap out as needed. And they last pretty long!

Can't complain when it comes to Microsoft and its compatibility to many devices. I currently purchased a gaming laptop and this remote does the job . I can either link it to my x series, and from a quick sync it's running on my pc , to laptop. A game changer for sure plus its a chameleon color cmon folks !!!

If you're going to buy a controller for your Xbox One, buy the official one. I've bought six of these so far for various uses and never had a problem. Pairing with Xbox is easy enough. Pairing with PC is pretty easy too. I miss the Xbox 360 series controller LED that let you know which player you were though. Get this controller over a 3rd party, cheaper alternative. And get lithium AA batteries. They last longer and leak battery acid.

Bought for my son & he said it's a great controller, value & quality especially when you have avid gamers I always repeat always opt for the protection plan as well and I feel confident buying refurbished and open box items too!

within 8 months of fairly regular, normal use, stickdrift became a bad problem. Even after blowing out the modules internally. It works great other than this debilitating stickdrift which means I had to buy another controller, so ultimately it was of low value. If there is a trend in low lifespan for these controllers, the 3 yr microsoft complete insurance may be a necessity which increases the cost of the product, just to have confidence in 3 yrs of use. Something to consider.

This controller plays like a standard controller but I was not expecting the level of detail it has.
