Stop sending me emails, its been 2 months. I am only writing this because this company has sent 6 emails to me asking to review. The service was perfectly fine. They did their minimum wage job to their full ability. So far so good. We have become accustomed to replacing xbox controllers every year. This one works great out of the box.

Xbox has always made great controllers. My only gripe is the buttons are loud when clicked. Some people hate not having rechargeable batteries but you can get a 24 pack of batteries cheaper and they’ll last you years depending how you play. By then your battery pack will have degraded and probably on it’s way to being replaced.

Let me star out by saying this has been the best time to be gamer , we have both amazing consoles with Xbox with their amazing game pass and my lighting fast series X the blue color has dropped and now Microsoft has blessed us with this amazing red color way . This color pops out and makes a statement , this paired with the blue and the new 20th anniversary controller . Thank you bestbuy

It feels great in your hands, looks good, I prefer over the previous gen. Buttons are pretty audible but that doesn't bother me any. I use with a Windows 10 (ver1909) pc via the bluetooth connection. You will need to Download the XBOX app and update the controller's firmware with wired connection or plug in to an XBOX(other route) before it will work correctly on pc! Plays games and that's the best feature of all

Bought in 2023. Great xbox controller for the price. True wirless. My grandson uses this controler about every afternoon, and it not worn out yet.
