Works well, a quality item. After using this controller for a while, i have no complaints.

Controller works excellent. Feels good in hand and the buttons are layed out exceptionally.

Great color. I would prefer to see the same color when connecting the controller to the xbox, it is shown with black color. Do not forget to update its firmware.

Only bought for screen capture and d pad. The rest the same. I rather have battery packs then built in..why ..what if your controller died ..you have start looking for an charging cable, cable might be short to use..Packs, I just remove it..replace..and charge the dead one..battery cover I never use.

Absolutely beautiful controller. Everything is smooth and quiet. Nice to use no matter what game.

Bought it to play on my PC. Great controller, no drift at all. Only downside is that it uses batteries

I've never really been a console gamer but decided to get an XBOX Series X. This controller works great, I mean it's from MS so it better. I do like the texture but for the price can't beat it.

Same as the one the came with his Xbox X. He likes the white color.

For the price it is a decent Product, I wish Microsoft would invest in fixing the Stick Drift issues but Best Buy always has a replacement in stock so I'd say Best Buy is great.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She loved the finish and uses it regularly. The product works as advertised and without issues.

Works perfectly on windows 11 No issues just plugged it in and it worked

I actually only use this for a t.v. remote when using the xbox for streaming.Has a shutoff to save battery life which is great.easy control use.

Functionality sound. No hiccups or glitches. Grandson enjoyed the color selections. As with e everything today, its overpriced.

Great grip! Just wish xbox could start just using rechargeable batteries

The controller is already comfortable enough , but adding that rubber grip got me feeling a different way. The astral purple color is just a bonus. 10/10 would recommend

I bought this controller for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loved it!

Perhaps mine is a lemon, but it didn't matter as the limited warranty did not apply. Just a warning to buyers, this is of poor quality the malfunctions include: - 6 months of use: Right trigger pad fell off and resulted in a "sticky" trigger issue (very common per online search); completed DIY fix and it was fine - 9 months of use: left bumper button stopped "clicking" (again, very common issue based on search results and other complaints); attempted DIY fix but saw the small plastic part broke inside and found no alternative to fix. overall, I do like the controller layout and functionality with PC gaming; however this is a mechanical failure that cannot be ignored. I have an older Xbox controller 360 that STILL works all buttons are fine after SIX years of use! So I know the quality control can be there.

My son loves this controller. Says it’s smooth and the joysticks work great.

Solid controller although: - It definitely feels a bit rougher around the edges, I'm not a fan of the new textured plastic - The buttons click louder than the previous gen Xbox One controllers, not a fan since I play at night when most are sleeping - The battery life appears to be a bit better but it could be due to the newness of the controller It's still the best controller available out of the Big 3 but it definitely feels and sounds cheaper than what we got last generation.
