So if all the tooling, components, and up-stream design investments have all been paid off, why does it still cost what it does? And why no Hall effect or TMR analog stick sensors in 2025-2026? If not for the proprietary wireless protocol, and my loathing for usb wireless adapters with their slow polling rates, I would go third party.

This controller looks so nice! Love the blue and white back. The controller itself feels great. Subtle updates to the Xbox one controller but noticeable, especially the grip texture on the back and the new d-pad.

Small upgrades for the controller, big difference

I really like the new grip feel on the bottom of the controller as well as the directional pad functionality.

Makes my living room POP!

It makes my living room pop and is really noticeable. Of course it feels great as well since it's based off the standard xbox series x controller.

It feels great in the hands and allows for my family to play with multiple players (this was an added controller)

Except it has a nice textured grip on the back and a slick red look. Over all the controller has a great and familiar feel and really hasn’t changed a lot.
