We're sorry if there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

I play mainly on a gaming pc and i use this controller to play. Right now, im having connection issues, i tried updating it and still happens. it is randomly but still annoying. my recommendation is if you buy this controller to game on a pc, be aware of the connection issues. If you find the old version very cheap, go with that one. there is no big difference.

In terms of fit in the hand, it has the best feel of any controller. The biggest improvement over the last generation is the texture on the triggers, and the shoulder buttons are by far the best of any controller I've used (most Nintendo Controllers, Dualshock 3/4, Xbox 360/one). The d-pad has welcome improvements too.
