Decent replacement, but see note on battery pack

Works great, but I am disappointed that the rechargeable battery pack doesn't fit under the cover of this new model. So it's either charge without the cover, alter the controller to fit the other back, or find a new rechargeable battery pack that allows the cover to close.

Refinement of a good design.

From the original 360 controller to its current iteration, it fits nice in the hand and has all the bells and whistles with two joysticks, a D-pad, trigger buttons, etc. The bluetooth capability is a nice addition that makes it easier to use it with devices and computers other than an Xbox.
