One right stick floats off to the side on the screen, the others LB button broke. Unsure whether it was natural wear and tear or what, but will be needing to replace them.

Must Read if you are using it for PC

But it would disconnect frequently. Fixed this by updating the controller firmware. Install Xbox Accessories app from Microsoft using Windows store. Using USB C cable wire it to PC and update the controllers firmware. That fixed it.
