    Price was right on sale, but reliability is down on these units. Old models springs lasted a long time. I don't know if it's my family but springs get loose fast. MS needs to fix this, folks have to replace these 2x a year with average family gaming.

    Hadn't had any issues with the original controller that came with the console....but needed to get another controller to show my kids who's still got it! I like the style changes that are made, and having usb-c as the charging port is a huge plus as most of our devices use this port now. So far so good.
