I bought this for my son and he was very happy to receive it and it works well for him. No complaints thus far.

We bought this controler discounted because it was a return. It had issues and probably shouldn't have been resold. Then we find out when we returned it that the controller numbers didn't match the box numbers. So i wont be buying anymore discounted items from Best Buy.

Solid OEM performance. Not worth trying any other brand, they just don't hold up as long. Also, you can usually get a little discount if you're a total tech member.

Love the look of this controller. Works well but joystick and frame material wear after some use.

XBOX Controller works as decribed and great quality

You don't know how many xbox controllers I went through. From the regular blk/wht, to the cyber punk one and elite 2. And I have to say, finally, this new one for next generation is the best. It lasted more than 2 months now and the sticks are still intact. The only annoying thing is the screenshot/share button in the middle. It's between the select and start button. I accidently press that button almost everytime. And it saves a screen shot or records. It's really annoying.

Great controller love the controller colors but still will break down

It seems like my kids are always wanting extra controls. Can’t go wrong with purchasing them straight through Best Buy.

Awesome controller. Works as it should and such a cool vibrant color. Holds its charge for hours of gaming and fun!!

Bought this on May 13, it’s now July 17. I have stick drift. And I’m not a heavy gamer and it was never handled roughly just sat on my desk as it’s my second controller. The one that came with the PS5 is still going strong. Now I have to figure out how to fix it.

It works great and stopped the drifting that was occurring with old controller

This is the fourth Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller I have returned b/c of either drifting, trigger switches not working on all three levels, or buttons broken. Very unhappy with the QC on this product.

Very good looking controller and the buttons are clicky. My favorite out of the 5 different controllers I own for Xbox and PS.

Excellent. Paired easily with android and PC. Just hate the battery tipe. IDK why at this point MS still uses AA batteries.

Unfortunately, this controller just broke and it is just barely outside of the Microsoft warranty. I have never dropped it and it still looks great, but the controller turns off the second it is disconnected from a power cord and the A button often double clicks randomly when I press it a single time.

The fact that they offer you stick-drift protection at checkout says everything. Known stick-drift issue, happens to every controller eventually. Absolute scam to have to keep buying these.

I got this for my wife & she loves the color pattern on it how it’s unique and reminds her of the ocean. The extra grip feeling on the controller is convenient too!

Got the shock blue. It has a very nice 2 tone finish. Wish the joysticks were white too.
