I have not noticed any lag. I do wish the audio settings were not buried. At first it was really quiet and I thought something was wrong, until I found the audio settings for the controller in the Xbox menu.

Decided to go with the new XBox One controller. Light and responsive, I can tell a difference in feel. Still getting used to the thumb placement but I've had an Xbox in the past so it shouldn't be too difficult to readjust to the change.

I also recommend download the app Xbox Accessories from the Windows Market. You can tweak a lot of settings with it. I turned off rumble and it greatly improved the amount of time I can play without having sore hands/wrists
