I get sweaty hands and the surface texture of this controller has been amazing for that! I'll only get these from here on out.

The LT and RT triggers feel so smooth and good compared to older iteration of Xbox controllers. I also love how they added the share button in the middle of the controller allowing for fast capturing of screenshots or video clips. Highly recommend this controller.

I've had to buy a new controller at least twice a year. I wish they would improve this. If youre not a serious gamer, 5 stars for sure.

Luckily I got the warranty and the employees who helped me made my exchange a very smooth process

I personally haven't had any issues before with Microsoft tech. Only thing is, I had a charging cable I previously used with my Xbox One and this new controller has a different port to be charged.
