Ordered new but received open-box instead.

However, when I opened the package, it appeared to be an open-box item. The box was not sealed, there were no batteries, and the associated paperwork was disheveled. So, I drove all the way to the Best Buy to exchange the controller. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering it online. The employee who helped me was friendly and the exchange went smoothly. Anyways, my son loves this controller and that's all that really matters to me.

My only issue is I want to swap the A and B button for my game. I can go I to the Xbox utility for the controller and change it, but as soon as I X out of the utility, the controller goes back to default configuration.
