I bought the warranty and they replaced it with no questions asked. It wouldnt stay connected to my daughters xbox one S

Maybe 4 times in 80 hours, it just wouldn't work even when it said it wqs connected. Restarting after waiting a few minutes seemed to work.

Feels lighter the the Xbox one controller and has an extra button in the middle to take screen shots. You will press the screen shot button slot by accident

It works well and I really like the matte finish. I prefer the matte finish to the glossy. No issues so far, but my boys have burned through 6 controllers in 5 years.
