Taking it in for repair at Best Buy Service Center.

However I had a charging pack with a stand and the recharging battery will not fit . Must be slightly different than original Xbox one controller. Other than that pairs easy and works fine

Wasn't the same model as his other xbox controller, had to buy a new charger for it so we didnt have to keep buying batteris.

Tried the USB-c controllers that are advertised as zero lag, but they don't support a lot of games I play rendering the useless.
