My only complaint is that the D-pad clicks can be a bit noisy. Overall it’s a great controller I would definitely recommend. Response time is Excellent, and device recognition is fast once paired.

It randomly disconnects and quickly reconnects every so often. At first, I thought it was the game I was playing, but I left my Bluetooth devices status window open and I was able to catch Windows showing the status of the controller as "Paired" as opposed to "Connected" during these disconnects. So, it wasn't the game. I'll update this if I can figure out a fix, but based off the numerous complaints and the various suggestions I've already tried, it's probably not something I can actually fix on my end.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
