    I literally just picked up the remote which I purchased online as a brand new remote. When I get home and open it, it does not have any batteries and the cable was just thrown in there. The item is suppose to include batteries and the cable is always properly packaged. Any unboxing youtube video will show exactly how the package is suppose to be.This was definitely a controller someone returned. I will be taking it back for a new remote.

    Great controller. I prefer this over the Xbox pro controllers. The only issue I’ve had with this controller is the home Xbox botton. You really have to press it in to get to the Xbox home.
