I don’t know where to fix it and it has been rendered useless.

I'm curious if it will last longer that the previous Xbox One controls. The hardware feels good in my hands. Feels strong and sturdier than the previous iteration. I bought the 2-year Geek Squad replacement plan just in case it shows symptoms of stick drift.
