Yeah it’s nice and has enhanced features, butttt, the controller is smaller, I have big hands, and when playing they cramp up and the grip doesn’t help because the sweat makes ur hands slippery.

The sticks always seem to become an issue with “float” so I would highly recommend getting a service plan.

I really think the tactile feel of the XBOX Series X/S controller is good, but the craftsmanship and durability is not there. I purchased mine in April (less than two months!!), and thankfully, with the warranty offered by Best Buy. The right trigger button has a small "foam" pad that keeps the trigger from either "clacking" or making slow to react firing mechanism, keeping a good "springy" button feel. But it wears out or breaks entirely, and this is a KNOWN ISSUE with Microsoft, it seems. I was informed to return the device either to Best Buy or mail to them, at cost. Ridiculous stuff, but thankfully I could return it to the store for exchange. BUYER BEWARE.
