That's something Microsoft needs to improve ! The service was good and the staff was polite kind and effective at getting the orders to the customer's in a timely fashion.

In 2 years a lot can happen to a controller so get the plan. The added texture on grips feels better if you don’t mind the $15 to $20 dollars difference from the plain black or white ones.

Tgis controller is no different than the previous Gen with the exception of it being smaller. They could've put more thought into it.
