Amazing product

This is why I love to buy items from Best Buy, I had a previous blue controller with warranty . And when the old one had problems , Best Buy was able to replace it with this newer Xbox Series X controller, which I thought was great! Be aware that if you want to charge w/this controller, it uses the type C connection.

They still don’t come with a back grip. These are clearly designed by people that do not use them. I have a box full of controllers that only have one button broke. Microsoft is supposed to be a prestigious company but they do not stand behind their product.
