Microsoft has improved this design about as far as it can go outside of the Pro controller but it is time to innovate such as Sony and Nintendo have done (currently and in past gens). Keep in mind you will want to purchase the rechargeable battery for these but I do appreciate that AA batteries can be used. The coloring on this model is pretty slick.
