They are well known to have stick drift. Have bought so many controllers including the supposingly "Elite" version. Only thing elite about is is the price and how fast they fail. I play mainly Apex. Lots of stick movement.

The controller package was open and the controller was broken. There was a note stating that returns needed to go through this 3rd party company. I contacted them and was re-directed to start the return process through Best Buy. It has been over a week and still no word on the return of the product or my refund. I will NEVER order anything through Best Buy online again.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with your Windows 10 laptop through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
