Had to replace my wire pc controller. Need Bluetooth adapter on ur PC for controller to work

Buttons and joystick were sticky, packaging was damaged.

Awesome controller but if using on xbox one you must do a upgrade install online

Got this as a add on to our xbox series x. Synced up right away and works great.

Great control. I love the ergonomic appeal to the center button.

Didn't come with a dongle for use on a PC which was why I purchased it.

I would love to give this product five stars for its appearance alone, but sadly this controller did have one fault. The headphone jack works great for sound, but doesn't allow me to use the microphone on my headset. Once i swapped the controllers out it was working fine.

Well, these new controls suffer the same well known, well documented issue of the bumpers just randomly not working. I've had the controller only slightly longer than the warranty period, this is my third Xbox controller in a year all of which have a bumper issue. I use these controllers lightly, never touch them with messy hands, not a single button sticks. The bumper has lost all clickyness and fails to register inputs. This is an issue that has plagued Xbox Controllers since the Xbox One came out, it has a known design flaw and they apparently don't care about fixing it. Why bother when customers keep throwing money at controllers that'll fail in six months? Microsoft won't replace it, and won't stand by their product. These pieces of crap have a mere 90 day warranty, that should tell you all you need to know about how long they'll last. Microsoft has permanently lost me as a customer, which is a shame as I had considered buying a Series X, not anymore. Go buy a PowerA controller, they may not feel as good initially, but at least they stand by their controllers with a two year warranty and will replace it when it fails.

Lasted for just under 2 years until the right thumbstick apparently wore out. While playing Skyrim the view always went straight up. I would move the view with the thumbstick but it would not hold. Used an average of 4 hours a day, most days 50 weeks a year. Seems like it should last more than 2,800 hours of use.

Good keyboard. Similar to others I have gotten over the years.

The new updated triggers are nicer than the last gen, however, I am looking forward to rubberized grips vs the plastic texturing that the new gen controllers are using.
