We're sorry there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. Connecting a USB-C cable for a wired connection is one solution, but If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

The finger grips are so much better than a standard controller. I bought it as a back up because I loved the blue but the grips have turned it into my everyday controller
