The color shifts a bit depending on the lighting angle.

Ships with outdated firmware, and the only way to update it is using a Windows PC. Except for a tiny problem: Microsoft advertises these as compatible with non-Microsoft products. So many people who don't use Windows-based PCs are going to be unable to use their brand new controller because they'll have no way of updating the firmware. The firmware update app is terrible and won't even recognize their $200 Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers. Build quality is non-existent. They feel cheap and poorly built. Both of my Xbox Series X/S controllers broke after sixty days. I'm never buying anything from Microsoft again, and I sold my Xbox Series X. The design and technology on these Xbox Controllers are easily 10-15 years old, and you still have to use AA batteries so no charging. A genuinely awful product from a horrible company.

The aqua shift is sure a fancy color, the back on the controller is a textured rubber that feels more plastic than rubber.

Wish i could return but the return window was very small. The color doesnt make up for the abysmal stick drift. Zero out of ten stars.
