This is better than my previous controller. It has a better ergonomic.

Second one I bought due to being on sale. I was concerned that the white back panel would stain but still looks new with a lot of use.

Excellent controller with no latency (noticeably) as opposed to a wired controller. I use it for pc gaming and it’s definitely a lot better than what I used to have.

I bought the new Xbox series X system and a extra controller at the end of November, 2020. The first controller developed left joystick drift after 7 months, June 2021. The second controller developed right joystick drift after 10 months, September 2021. I've owned three Xbox systems, Xbox 360, Xbox ONE and Xbox series X. I have never had any problems with Xbox controllers, until now. I am currently using my Xbox ONE controllers on the new system. I bought them in 2015. Microsoft only warranties their Xbox series X controllers for 90 DAYS.

I bought this extra Xbox series s controller so my fiancé could play Xbox with me. Works as should and simple to connect to the Xbox.

It's good to have. But I do wish it came with batteries in it. Or something else

Terrible functionality and it’s supposed to be brand new. Stick drift was horrible even after recalibration. Bought another couple weeks ago from Best Buy and again, the same stick drift issue!! Never buying from this place again.

The drift issue isn’t as bad with the new controllers but they still start to drift

Works as required. Just wish for a new comer, they would include directions for what each key/button does.

These controllers are high quality and any time they are on sale I do not pass up on the opportunity to get another one for the kids.

Color pops its for the girl friend paying more for a color is lame but that is the way of the world

Excellent controller. Rubber grips and different pad are improvements over the stock controller. I do, however, miss the colored letters on the buttons.

Good controller. Doesn’t really feel next gen though like the PS5 controller does but still a good controller

My son said this is a really nice controller. He is very picky with his gaming stuff, so if he likes it then it’s probably good! Lol

Got free with a bundle, works as you would assume. I will say i feel thses controllers are rather small, little bigger would be nice

Average Can not use as a wireless xbox controller

I've used Xbox controllers for a long time, going back to the original first gen "Xbox". I can say without hesitation that these controllers are the worst in terms of quality and durability. I never had an Xbox controller actually just wear out/break from normal usage until I used these. I've had to replaced 2 of these in the last 12 months. The right bumper(RB) button wore out and became unresponsive on the first. Then the same thing happened to the left bumper(LB) on the replacement. My other issue is more subjective/personal preference but the triggers feel terrible. There's hardly any resistance. Personally, I prefer more tension on the triggers like on the old Xbox 360 controllers. These days I game primarily on my desktop PC. After the first controller broke I unearthed my old wired Xbox 360 for Windows controller to use as a temporary replacement. Not only did it still work but the difference in quality was night and day in favor of the old X360 controller. At $50-$60 per controller I can't recommend these as a primary, daily-driver. If the build quality was better, maybe. I'd only consider it as a spare/backup that doesnt get much use.

Best buy always has these available but i wish Microsoft made them a little more durable lol..
