Sadly they are much more like to have defects than Xbox One controllers. I have had to go through customer service to replace two different controllers since the XSX launched. The trigger sounds are also inconsistent across XSX controllers, some squeak and some do not.

My only concern is that we have been replacing these newer contollers at a higher rate than the original X One launch controllers. We still have all of these functioning.

Quality build, but they need to fix the drift issues. I pay premium prices for Microsoft products and expect them to last. I didn't even bother trying to get it replaced. Moving on to another company for PC controllers

Price is competitive, but not much of a gamer. I bought this so I could re-learn my gaming skills again. Technology has changed since the Atari 2600 days. Yes, I am old! Lol! But do enjoy a good game here and now!
