Bluetooth to PC issues

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do love the controller and it works really well, but...it seems to periodically disconnect from my PC on a Bluetooth connection. It will disconnect for around 10 seconds, then reconnect, but you can imagine how detrimental this can be when in the middle of a game. I have updated the controller, updated my PC's drivers, ran "find and fix problems with Bluetooth", made sure the batteries are fully charged and high enough voltage and tried multiple pairs (Pale Blue batteries), controller is within range (only a couple feet from controller to dongle). So I'm not sure what the issue is. But when it isn't having connection issues I do think it's great and I love the color and feel of it (:

I work full time so I dont even game everday. My controllers usually last a year or 2 so I didn't buy the warranty and I was going to return it but miss the 2 week return window due to my work schedule. So i had to just take the loss and buy a controller else where cheaper but with the warranty this time cause they obviously don't have good quality control any more.
