Stuck with faulty controller

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to play my little nephews online through the Xbox, left to the fire department academy, when I came back and tried to use it - the headset does not work on it, and the extra battery pack will not charge with this controller. Now since it's been over this bull crap 15-day return, use only once I am stuck with this as far as no return or anything. So now I have a faulty controller and can't do anything about it from Best buy or Microsoft.
