Connectivity Issues

It gets disconnected every 25 min or so. Not sure if it’s a software issue because my other bluetooth devices work fine. Other than that i like color and shape of the controller.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller through Bluetooth. If you are using it with Windows 10 PC, please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
