I returned to store without an issue, but it was packed loose in the box with no where near enough void fill to protect it. RIP controller. Poor thing.

Need to take the battery out and put back in to make it work again.

Stopped working but would turn on and "supposedly connect." Indidnt like the share button in center. I play GTA online and it really seemed to get in the way all the time

Then the charging port became loose and doesn’t charge unless it’s at a certain angle. Not sure if it was my sons fault for damaging it by trying to put a reg usb cord in it.
