Not compatible with XBox One

I bought this remote and it had a problem staying connected to Xbox. I exchanged it for another one and had the same problem. I called Xbox and they gave me a work around. It worked for about 2 days and then started same issue again. Tried work around again and it worked for about 30 min. Having to return for original style of Xbox remote.

Don't buy this controller wait for a better model

The bumpers are not smooth to press or using the lift feature is a joke. The controller itself is smaller but noticeable. Microsoft is turning into a joke for gaming industry. I would not buy another wait until they fire the management team who decided to make this product. Maybe stay with the pro elite controller for a crazy price of 179.00+

As of 5/11/24, the controller has stick drift. The controller only has a 90-day warranty. I have other controllers that are over 2-years old that still work. This product is a waste of money.
