Controller worked great for two weeks now it randomly disconnects I’ve updated and tried everything Microsoft told me to do helped none. A two week return period is not acceptable.

Its great to used. Easy to play.good thing to use.

The controller is very ergonomic. But the quality is much different from the last gen. I was sick with Covid so I was gaming pretty heavily with Rocket League and the Outriders demo. After 3 days the trigger was getting stuck. Not catching on the from, rather something inside, felt very sticky and nothing helped. I have a blue one that's holding together so far. But as for the red, or at least mine. I would say these aren't make for continuous use. Good luck with this one boys

Whilst the controller is fully functional, the box tape seals were open and the controller itself was dusty and sticky in some areas. After a clean it looked fine, but I didn’t expect a product in such a condition coming from Best Buy. Either way, the controller was sent in its original box and came with two batteries.

After only 2 years of light use the rubber cover over the one joy stick started to fall off.

Xbox is making a killing off these controllers. Even as a moderate gamer I’m having to buy one every 2-3 months due to the stick drift

Great controller. Feels lighter than last gen. The new d pad is much better than last gen as well. Wish it had some of the new PS5 controller features though.

Had a hard time finding this color in stock anywhere but Best Buy came through. It does what an Xbox controller is meant to do. The finish on the controller has held up well and hasn't shown any signs of wear even with regular daily use.

Your average xbox controller just a different color. I wouldn't pay full price for it, wait for a sale. Or save up for a pro controller.

It’s a controller and it seems to work. This was a gift for my son and he likes it so that’s a win.

Same old xbox standards absolutely a shott in the dark what you will get. No quality control whatsoever.

Great controller, great price. Shipping was also fast. I highly recommend.

While it feels good, the materials are not that good and the right bumber gets stuck or the analog gets drift.

Has a very unique color and I think is a great addition to the color line

I had difficulty connecting the controller to my Xbox. I had to link it using a cord, then it would stay connected without the cord. After 2 weeks, it started disconnecting while playing. A few days later, it won't connect to the Xbox at all. I have tried every fix recommended by Xbox support.

The contreller is solid a typical XBOX controller with bluetooth capabilities. My only gripe is the triggers at some point tend to stick a little. This isbmy 5th controller and it has happened again. Cleaning the trigger helps but eventually it sticks again. Feels like the plastics are trying to become one. It seems like a common trend this year with XBOX controllers.

It's a really good controller. I just wish it had rechargeable batteries

Bought this controller for only the driving portions of a single PC game, took extremely good care of it and used it very very little. It was such a nice controller. After about a year one of the joystick click broke. Now the controller is out of warranty and next to useless.
