I had difficulty connecting the controller to my Xbox. I had to link it using a cord, then it would stay connected without the cord. After 2 weeks, it started disconnecting while playing. A few days later, it won't connect to the Xbox at all. I have tried every fix recommended by Xbox support.

The contreller is solid a typical XBOX controller with bluetooth capabilities. My only gripe is the triggers at some point tend to stick a little. This isbmy 5th controller and it has happened again. Cleaning the trigger helps but eventually it sticks again. Feels like the plastics are trying to become one. It seems like a common trend this year with XBOX controllers.

It's a really good controller. I just wish it had rechargeable batteries

Bought this controller for only the driving portions of a single PC game, took extremely good care of it and used it very very little. It was such a nice controller. After about a year one of the joystick click broke. Now the controller is out of warranty and next to useless.

The controller has already stopped working at times but I can seem to get it reset again and again to get it working again.

Cool controller from Xbox would recommend it if you have a console or PC

Highly recommend. Works great with my PC build! I've only owned it for 2 months, but never had any issues with it so far! If you're considering a wireless controller for a PC build, or anything Microsoft to game with, this is the controller you should get!

Does exavtly what its suppose to do and it does it well. No complaints

I really wanted to love this controller!This was the second second one I purchased in a year. Both of them began drifting within six months with light use. Its the left analog stick. I believe product protection should automatically come with the item As you already pay enough for it to begin with. At least people with best buy credit cards should automatically have protection. I can't afford to be buying controllers as it is and to be buying two within a year is absolutely pathetic. I never brought my controllers I take care of them very well. I do not eat while i'm using my controllers. They are in a dust free location.

DOA Yes I tried switching batteries, which is another annoying aspect. Why pay 70 dollars for a controller if it doesn’t come with it’s own rechargeable battery & cable my bad. Somewhere along the way I just realized it’s Really not 2021 according to Microsoft It’s really 1991. And it really did not work regardless. If you are expecting an up graded controller don’t buy this one.

This is the *new* generation of Xbox controller? I used this on PC to play games on steam. -Every few minutes, the light blinks so I lose all control and crash and burn while playing NFS Heat. Not ideal. -Runs on batteries which is super outdated. -the material is super hard and scratchy which feels cheap. I’ll just go back to using a PS4 dual sense controller which had zero issues.

Bought for husband it Works perfectly, love the color, got it on sale.

I purchased this controller because the camo caught my attention. Only thing that I didn't like was that the battery packs that I have are too bulky and the lid doesn't fit over them. But it doesn't affect its performance.

It works fantastic for me being the second owner haven't had a problem yet all my Xbox remotes usually break down in the first month

It’s a good controller for my PC. Upgraded from 360 controller, and thought I could use the old wireless receiver but can’t. It’s ok though because I use a cable (USB-C). Feels good in the hands and good responsiveness.
