My husband tried to use it and it was defective, it kept disconnecting from his xbox. I went into the store to exchange it. Now, the new one that we got from the exchange is doing the same thing. He will be playing the game and in the middle of the game, it will disconnect from the xbox.

I exchanged it hoping for a better one, but yet again, it has the same problem. I’ll just eat the cost and keep it as it doesn’t affect gameplay, but it is extremely annoying. Microsoft needs to work on their quality control.

Cheaply made and broke fast.

It was not usable and it only had a 30 day return period. I tried to fix the drift but nothing worked. Now it sits in a box useless. I don't play hard, never dropped it, and didn't throw it.
