I feel like I'm replacing them every few month's. The joysticks get drift in them and the trigger button's stick. And for the price they could atleast come with rechargeable batteries in my opinion.

As far as I can see, the product isn't damaged but I'm hoping that it doesn't have problems in the future arising from the poor packaging and improper and rough handling. I don't buy used controllers because I know that people are rough on them which makes it disappointing that I buy something from Best Buy and it's also been handled poorly, either at the store or in transit. Maybe you could wrap the product in bubble wrap before sending it in the future. Thank you.

Great feeling but not so good on pc

The remote feels fantastic and amazing. But for some reason, it just keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth on my pc while playing, and its not my Bluetooth as my Bluetooth mouse works just fine. So im not sure what Microsoft did this time. But stay far away if ysing for your PC and wireless.

Poor wireless connectivity

Either the system can’t find the controller or it keeps disconnecting. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions online, yet none works. Now the wireless completely failed after merely 6 month very gentle use.
