Good for a year then the triggers started getting stuck

My controller didn't last longer and it got burned

Photo of controller is misleading as it looks cheap with the back side of it being white. However, it worked fine for the first couple of weeks and then the right trigger started to "stick". As far as the colors, we didn't care about that but the right trigger sticking is a huge issue. I am so happy I am still in my return window because it's definitely getting sent back.

Bought this as a repackaged controller. It was listed as Superb condition, however, after having it less than a month buttons became noticeably sticky. You can tell that whoever returned this controller spilled soda or something all over the controller and Best Buys team did a horrible job in restoring it. Feels as though was just packaged and resold without care. Haven't taken it to the store to have replaced yet even though thankfully we purchased Geek squad care for another $20.00. Guess that's how they get you. Nearest store is miles away and can't be bothered. Best Buy probably won't see our business again. Between sale price of refurbished, warranty and gas to have it exchanged should have just bought a new one.

Solid game controller, liked the new dpad more than I expected

I love the new Series X controllers. The D- pad is 8 way (with a good clicky feel), sticks are responsible and comfortable.

Not bad but not comfortable. Hands hurts after 15 minutes of gaming.

Colorway is nice! But as expected with Xbox, stick drift within a couple months.

Within the first day I started to experience stick drift and it gradually got worse and worse. I’m now resorting to Xbox to send me a replacement because Xbox hasn’t made a good quality controller since the Xbox 360.

Feels cheaply made, super light and triggers long, you figured they’d have built in stops

This is an excellent PC controller, and good for other devices with Bluetooth connectivity. Even if you don't have an XBox, it's worth picking up if you have Game Pass.

Purchased controller and it stopped working past the 2 weeks that I had to return item. However I contacted Best Buy and was told that there was nothing they could do to get ahold of manufacture.

I love the new controller. I had to return it a week after buying it when the audio jack broke off inside.

Needed a replacement for my original controller as it was not providing the performance it originally had. This one did the trick. If you just need a regular controller, I highly recommend.

It's an Xbox controller that works great! I love the colors. I bought it for PC use. If you plan on using it wirelessly make sure you have Bluetooth on your PC or buy an adapter.
