Issues with D-Pad and Stick Drift
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After less than a year of having this controller, the D-Pad and left stick starting having issues. Despite having the 2-year protection plan, which is supposed to be a total replacement plan for controllers, Best Buy is not honoring that for my purchase due to the controller being a limited edition color. I would probably look elsewhere or buy from MSFT direct, if they offer a warranty.

Pc buyers beware
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn’t work wirelessly with pc. Even with a firmware update it doesn’t work. Even plugged in I lay the controller down and it disconnects. Sometimes doesn’t even want to cut on. Now I understand why it was cheaper than the Xbox one controller. Save your money products isn’t good on PC.

Today 2 weeks after purchase and coincidentally no longer returnable it won't connect at all! $70 wasted. I will not be buying another controller from here.

Controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would have giving 5 stars but...I did like the way the controller felt in your hands and the looks of it. I did return it because it kept telling me my battery was low after 1 hr of use. Plus had to reconnect controller all the time. Even after updating the controller.

Just a controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a nice looking controller. It's nothing special. It was still the best controller to come out at the time, plus I got it for a low price with my gift cards which made it easier to buy.

Y so sloppy, Microsoft?
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There's some good things to say about Microsoft's official gamepad, but none of it matters because of the ongoing face button failure issues. I bought, exchanged, then ultimately returned this product because both times the Y button failed consistently out of the box. I was also disappointed that both gamepads had an issue where the top and bottom casing didn't align, leaving a sharp edge in bad spots. It's a real bad look for a product that costs $59.99 -- especially when it's getting out performed by $29.99 3rd party offerings and demolished by other competitors (Razer Wolverine V2). I wouldn't unless you absolutely need one for wireless Xbox Series X play. They have a lot of work to do on this one.

Not the best, but works.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does its job, for the price it looks a bit weak, easy to break. However, it is what xbox sells.
